The New Skype Lanuage Is International
Internet telephony provider, Skype, has set up a new translation service, allowing customers to communicate in over 150 different languages.
The new service will utilize solutions from language firm, Language Line Services, as well as a provider of interactive voice response technology, Voxeo.
Through a combination of live operators and automated technology, the translation service will be available any time of the day, every day of the year to all Skype users, at a cost of $2.99 per minute.
