TalkSwitch, an Ottawa-based company, is now supplying a a VoIP-based telephone system for 20Q.
Earlier today, TalkSwitch announced successful developments in a new VoIP-based solution for 20Q, the company behind the smash hit game with the same name.
Due to having expanded Ottawa-based operations, 20Q found themselves paying high long-distance charges and inadequate phone services for employees. 20Q was in need of a flexible, efficient and cost-effective solution. Help was on its way.
Thanks to its new TalkSwitch system employed in all of 20Q offices, the company now has the same phone number for each of these locations. The system also allows an auto attendant to answer and route incoming calls. The TalkSwictch system permits three-digit dialing to reach other company facilities, a benefit towards 20Q employees.
“The challenges faced by 20Q are typical of the difficulties many entrepreneurs encounter when trying to set up and grow a successful business,” says TalkSwitch president and CEO Jan Scheeren. “We understand what small business needs, and how they operate. We’re proud of our involvement with 20Q and look forward to helping other businesses like them get the performance they need out of a telephone system.”
20Q has been able to save on site-to-site long distance calls since implementing the TalkSwitch system and uses its centralized voicemail to replace poor quality cellular phone services.
